Centrum Holding LLC (“Group”) is an integrated logistics operator with a large and growing presence in the region dedicated to revitalizing the traditional Silk Road by connecting East and West to facilitate the circulation of cargo and people using the shortest link via ground and air. With 25 aircraft, 7,000 containers, 3 warehouses, and 2,400 employees, Centrum provides integrated logistics solutions connecting East and West. Centrum moves 42% of Uzbekistan’s total air freight and carries over 330,000 passengers annually. The Group is audited by the Big4, consolidated under a DIFC-based HoldCo, and preparing for an IPO in the medium term.
