Briefly about the history and goals of the company
Centrum Holding LLC (the “Group”) is an integrated logistics operator with a strong and growing regional presence. Its focus is on reviving the Great Silk Road by connecting East and West through the shortest combined land and air routes for cargo and passengers. Centrum’s assets include 27 aircraft, 3,200 containers, more than 1,200 railway tank cars, 300 flat wagons and 300 trucks. Its logistics centers cover 46 hectares in Angren and 30 hectares in Akhtachi, with warehouse space of 6,600 m² in Tashkent and 6,026 m² in Angren. Centrum companies provide end-to-end cargo delivery, including route planning, transportation, customs clearance, warehousing and delivery to the consignee. The Group is audited by Big4, consolidated under a HoldCo in DIFC and preparing for an IPO in the medium term.
